Use the prebuilt funnels and accountability sheets to guide members through a 4-week challenge utilizing nutrition, programming, and mobility. New members can sign up for free or at a set price. Current members can also join for free or at a set price.

Retaining a member is a lot easier than getting a new member. The accountability challenge shows members all the features you offer at your gym and gets them to fully buy-in. It is a fun interactive way to meet goals and create a change of lifestyle.

Make sure that each week you check in with each participant during the 4 weeks, read the forms they've submitted, make sure they are tracking in their journal, and hold them accountable to the daily activities. Shoot them a text at the end of the week following up with their progress. The more you hold them accountable and the more you check-in, the more they'll feel like you care and will become a long term client, and refer you more business. Customize or add to the email drip campaign that provides value to the participant during the challenge.
